After Hours Event Support

After hours support is available if you are needing support during your event and can be reached by calling our support phone number at (866) 269-8151. Email and live chat support are not available after hours. We are available 24/7 outside of the hours listed above, but you will be required to leave a voicemail request for a callback and a support agent will return your call as soon as possible.


Greater Giving is closed for standard support and provides after hours event support only, on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

*If the holiday falls on a Saturday, closure is observed on the Friday preceding. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it is observed on the following Monday.
